Signature moves
key-strike
Characters land one at a time with a 2-step drop and a resting jitter; never fade a whole word in.
carriage-slide
While a line types, the whole sheet moves left one cell per key so the typing point stays fixed.
carriage-return
After the last key, the sheet slides back with a tiny overshoot (and a bell).
pencil-draw
Underlines, strikes, carets, circles and tallies draw on with the pen ease.
margin-note
Handwritten notes write left→right.
stamp-slam
The CTA stamp lands hard and slightly overshoots.
sheet-pull
Scene change: the finished sheet is pulled up and away, rotating −7deg, revealing the next sheet underneath.
reading-push
On dense manuscript pages the camera leans in 7% over the scene.
Sound
Optional, sparse: solo felt piano, cello or a quiet guitar; leave space for the machine.
Voice
An author reading their own words: close, warm, unhurried 120–140 wpm, natural breaths; or no VO — the typing is the voice.
