Before each page, the header page number rolls through 4 wrong numbers (green) and lands on the new page (ink).

The page appears row by row, top to bottom, like data arriving.

Mosaic graphics land as whole images once their rows are built.
bar-step
Block bars grow one row per step, left to right.
flash
Teletext flash attribute on CTAs: on 0.75s, off 0.25s.
crawl
The news row moves one cell at a time.
clock-tick
Header seconds count up once per second, always.
Sound
Optional: library-music easy listening, soft synth jazz or bossa from a 'pages from teletext' slot — gentle, 90s-TV, slightly cheesy.
Voice
Usually none — the page is read. If VO: a calm continuity announcer, neutral, 140 wpm, reading the headline only.
