Signature moves

serve-slide
A plate or card is set down on the table: it travels in from off-frame along a diagonal while unrotating, decelerating hard.
garnish-drop
Basil, cheese and zest fall onto the plate after it lands.
tag-swing
The price tag drops in on its string and swings to rest like a damped pendulum.
steam-rise
Wisps draw on from the plate, rise and draw off the top; three wisps 0.4s apart, looping.
menu-rise
Text lines rise gently into place, line by line.
leader-draw
Dotted leaders reveal left→right after the dish name lands.
clear-table
Scene exit: the whole table slides 70px left and fades, like a waiter clearing.

Sound

Acoustic trattoria: nylon guitar, upright bass, brushed snare, accordion or mandolin melody; warm and walking.

Voice

Warm owner or chef, smiling, unhurried (≈135 wpm). Name dishes lovingly; pause 0.3 s before every price.
